Bubble Tea Kit Shipping Internationally: What to Expect

At Bossenstore, we understand that receiving a damaged or defective product can be frustrating. That's why we have a clear return and refund policy in place for our international customers. Before we dive into the details, it's essential to note that we carefully handle and pack every product before shipping it out.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a picture for our Quality Assurance Team to review. However, due to the fragile nature of certain products, some items may become damaged during transit. In such cases, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 3 business days of receiving the product.

The refund process typically takes up to 2-3 days. If you need to return an item, it must be in its original packaging and buyer is responsible for return shipping. A 20% restocking fee will apply if the product was not damaged, and a 40% restocking fee if the package was opened and the machine was not damaged.

Undeliverable Shipments

If UPS returns an undeliverable shipment back to us, we will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please note that all return items must be in their original packaging.

Consumable Products

We are unable to refund consumable products, such as tea leaves or other perishable items. If you have not received your package after 48 hours of delivery date/time, please contact us immediately via email and provide the following information:

* Tracking number

* Order number

* Your name and address

Tracking Information

Once your order is submitted online, we will process most orders within 24 hours Monday thru Friday if placed before 2pm/PST cutoff time. Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you that includes the tracking number(s) of your package(s).

Delivery Timeframe

The delivery timeframe may vary depending on your location. Some orders may take up to 72 hours if there are a lot of items. If you do not receive your package after tracking says it's arrived, please first check with your UPS office as they may be holding the package or experiencing a late delivery.
